Absolute joke.. avoid avoid avoid! Purchased a 2012 Smart four two from these con artists. Rear window washer didn’t work at the time and guy who sold me the car said it’s because it’s cold… which I thought was odd. Took to a garage several weeks after I got the car, anti roll bars were almost not existent and all four tyres were perished and had to be replaced. STAY AWAY!! SCAM!! I had an extremely troubling experience with Ruz Car Gallery. I entrusted them with my vehicle, as they promised to sell it on my behalf. However, every time I attempted to contact them, I could not get through. Calls went unanswered, and there was no communication on their part. Months later, I went to collect my car, only to find it in an appalling condition.
