Professional and friendly, explained everything in detail. Nice family atmosphere and you can see that they truly care for all animals. Delighted I chose Rutland to look after my new Puppy
Staff are all friendly and vets fully explain treatments etc never feel rushed they take the time to listen to you.

I just want to thank Erica the vet who was absolutely amazing with my elderly cat Molly on Friday. What I thought would be a difficult conversation actually turned out completely different and I walked away smiling with Molly. Erica you were honest, caring, kind and above all completely understood my feelings and upset. What a brilliant lady you are. Thank you so much!
Great service at Culcheth veterinary surgery, on this occasion I was just there for my dog's routine vaccinations but he was given a check-up and the vet also answered my queries about minor health issues. Lovely friendly service and my dog was made a fuss of which he loved!
