Slightly concerned about recent reviews and felt it unusual to get no response to email: telephoned and all was fine, with an annual service visit booked for the next day. Great, friendly, local service. Many thanks

Moved back into the area last year to a house with R&B security system installed. Came out to reset which was fine and I took out a service contract but called several times to get someone to come out to turn system off due to building works, each time I was told someone would come out or call me - nothing! Also very bad at replying to emails and actioning requests. Service contract will be cancelled (if I can get hold of anyone!) and a new firm will be used.

Really disappointing service and attitude - failing to respond to emails and messages, no attempt to take responsibility for mistakes or to apologise - second year of the same level of service- we’re cancelling our account. And now having gone elsewhere ( multiple firms!) we find that the alarm they fitted was obsolete even when fitted !

Called them to service my alarm. Very pleasant on the phone and super helpful. The engineer was really good and very knowledgeable.
