My experiences at Ruth Chris are always Awesome! First time for my Sister who was trying to be politically correct with her steak. The Hostess was right on time welcoming us to dine. Made sure we knew it was Happy Hour but certainly welcome to look at dinner menu. We settled for dinner. Now Bryan came along and did the doggone thing! Perfect service from beginning to end. Everyone and everything was on point. Thumbs up all the way around. ***** from this Charleston/Savannah girl.

Their Happy Hour was fabulous. Brian and Josh were top-notch, nice guys behind the bar. I had a generous pour of Cabernet x2 on a cool, marble counter -- luxurious. We were given a serving of delicious sweet potato chips to snack on. My husband got a beer and the sliders and could not choose which of the three sliders he liked best. All he said was that they all were phenomenal. I got the beef tip lettuce wraps served with tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese crumbles and balsamic. They were out of this world. All for $32! This was our second time at this location. The very first time we had a waiter who was training another young man who by the way was great!!(This was the same guy we had on this trip as well) The waiter (tall with dark hair) on this trip was not so friendly & somewhat sarcastic and got lost on several occasions. There was a young man setting another table & he asked if we were ok. He gave us refills and a young lady with dark short hair brought our food out & she was absolutely awesome!! My family went to celebrate a birthday. We were so excited as we had never been there. My mom and I both ordered 6 oz Filet and Lobster for $55. I ordered it rare and she medium and both were raw. Hard to cut with even a steak knife. Tiniest lobster I have ever seen and rubbery. Mashed potatoes were ok. She got corn and hated it. Bread was the best thing we ate. Although my sister got a ribeye that was delicious. For $340 we will never go back. Service was great, food not so much!

We had a great experience! My husband and I were on vacation and went last night for dinner! The wait staff couldn't have been better! He offered suggestions and took care of us ! The meal was awesome! We both had a ribeye and finished off with coffee and sharing the bread pudding! Wow! We enjoyed it all�*****

The food was great. I was not impressed however by our waiter Brian. Who was rude and judgemental. Micheal who helped serve our food was a breath of fresh air. Ordered appetizers and a cocktail and Brian just assumed we were done. I had to recruit other staff members to aid in our dining experience.

We had a party of 8. Service started out okay, but diminished...ended up being there for 3+ hours! We were prepared for the prices, but expected the food to be better than what it was, especially the steaks. The Caesar salad was really good and the warm apple crumb tart dessert was good. Our steaks were not that good. Overall service and food was not worth the $$$. No desire to return.

I have dined at several Ruth's Chris and this is by far the worst experience. If this would have been my first experience at a Ruth's Chris, I would never dine at another.
