My burger was too well done! I was not happy with it

First impressions are normally lasting impressions! Visit other locations but this one location was my first. Starting with the waitress... "Horrible" clearly she didn't want to work or she was having the WORST day ever. Seemed that each question we asked the more irritated and impatient she was becoming. Then I ordered the Ribeye medium well... "Very disappointing" it was well done and a bit dry, I didn't send it back because by the time the waitress returned my guest was finishing up and I didn't want to wait.
