Visited 12/9/17, my 17 year wedding anniversary. First time here, class act! Loved everything! Free app for our anniversary, lovely food, prepared perfectly, stellar service! Jon, I think, was our waiter. He was great! Hat's off to all servers, it's a tough job. They were all terrific! Bill ended up being about $50.00 LESS then I calculated. Husband said best steak ever! And he is very critical of his steak. Thanks! P.s. I hate when people only post bad reviews.

Excellent meal, excellent service!! Anna and Shawn did an amazing job for our family dinner!! Thank you to the entire staff. We also enjoyed meeting Nate, the manager, a very gracious host. Thanks again! The steak and lobster were amazing!

My family drove from Florida to spend thanksgiving in Charleston. We had a reservation for thanksgiving dinner at 5.30pm. At 7.15 pm we were told that they had ran out of turkey. We had to substitute with something else. By 8.00pm, nearly 3 hours later we had enough. Our food had been brought out at all different times, was tepid at best, they ran out of beans and TURKEY and then overcharged us. No offer of apology. I have emailed the company and have not had a response back.

Jon ruined our meal at the START of our anniversary!!!! Happy 15th Anniversary to us! Despite a rotten server we encountered that wasn’t even working our table we had a good evening!. Remind me to drop $250 for dinner for two at a local restaurant next time!!!!! I would much rather go to Hank’s or Magnolia’s.... let’s just say that Chick-Fil-A offers better service! Jon at Ruth’s Chris should learn what customer service really means. Shame on him. If you get Jon as a sever ask for someone else.

I loved it here!!! This restaurant is my new favorite. our waitress was very friendly and kind. I orderd the cajun eggs benedict and was incredibly impressed the steak that came on it was very moist and juicy. Over all my experience was incredible!!
