After falling ill at the start of the year Sheena was recommended to me by my wife as I could not form a fist with my left hand and was in severe pain. After a few sessions with Sheena I have made so much progress I am able to form a fist now with very little discomfort. She is also helping me fix my posture as the illness made me bed ridden for weeks. Sheena is very knowledgeable about the human body and I would strongly recommend her.
Would highly recommend Sheena, I went to her for chronic back pain that I’d been suffering from for 4 years after being injured when I was pregnant. Countless rounds of chiro, sports massages and physio had me feeling really deflated and concerned about how I was going to manage it for what felt like it was going to be the rest of my life.
