The service was bad and very slow!!! I waited about 20 Minutes after the table was cleared for the waitress to return with the bill. I will not be patronizing this Ruth's Chris again!

Steak was good; drinks were ok but service lacking. Empty upon arrival and seated in a booth in the doorway. Waiter fine but floor manager moaned at every staff member he saw repeatedly and was oblivious to an audience. For the price (200 dollars for 2) I couldn't recommend predominantly based on the rudest floor manager I've ever witnessed. Return? Highly unlikely - you're doing yourselves a huge disservice based upon staffing.
After years of dining here, something has changed. My family and I were extremely disappointed with the service at this particular location. Great food but awful service: slow, bad attitude, and not attentive. This is not the Ruth's Chris way. We shall take this restaurant off our list and just stick to Annapolis.

I've been going here for over a decade & the service has never been this bad..... The food is always on point, but the new staff isn't up to par! I had to constantly ask for silverware, but upon walking in I was told as I approached the host stand with my 2yr-old son "Can you please remove your hat". Amazing service!! Food was almost perfect!! All of the staff were on point, very friendly and eager to help!!
Good food.. service is excellent. Careful with the plates super hot.
