I contacted Ruth when I found out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to try hypnotherapy as I have always struggled with health anxiety and a phobia of needles and hospitals! Over the last few years I’ve really struggled with stress and boundaries and would always take on too much which I noticed started to affect my health. I’m so grateful to have met Ruth and worked with her on my work/career anxiety. From our first session where she took the time to listen and understand exactly where I needed support, I quickly felt comfortable in her presence. Ruth has a great approach, explaining as you go, offering great guidance and helpful tools and techniques you can use outside of your sessions as well. Ruth is a lovely lady , who is very professional and has a lot of knowledge on a lot of different techniques . Very understanding and very efficient . I’d recommend her anytime .
