These guys are the best. We bought two kayaks at Canoecopia and the weather was finally nice enough to do a test paddle and pick them up, we loved them and will be on the water soon. Customer service was excellent and the people are so friendly.

It's obvious that they carry quality products but they surpass that with over-the-top customer service.
Retail is a tuff market to get good quality people. Rutabaga has managed to fill the store with knowable, patient and most important “REALLY NICE” employees. We walked in knowing very little about paddling but could tell they genuinely wanted to help my wife and I find what worked for us. I love places with a good vibe and this place has it! What a great experience from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I drove out of the parking lot with a kayak safely attached to my roof! Shannon, my salesperson, was able to answer all my questions, asked ME all the right questions, was accomodating, knowledgeable and very helpful. I got to try out different boats. He gave great personalized recommendations based on how I paddled and what type of paddling I'd be doing. Great customer service and I learned a lot too!! I'll definitely be back :)
