I stopped in with a rudder failure & Ian jumped into action with his tools and fixed it on the spot. Ian was delightfully friendly & helpful! We took a 2 hour trip from Appleton to Madison to go to Rutabaga on Mothers Day. We had ordered a pair of Wilderness Systems Pungo 120's at the greatest paddlesports show in the world, Canoecopia. Upon arrival, we had an employee by the name of Shannon help us and he stayed helping us until we were back on the road.
