We're located on the water and offer test paddling every day, no appointment. We are family-owned and operated and do the best we can to give the best service on the planet.

Rutabaga Excellent shop for all things kayak and canoe. Bought a nice kevlar canoe here a few summers ago. Staff was friendly and helpful, and allowed us to test several different canoes in the lake. Super happy with the service and products.

I have always focused my kayaking purchases towards this wonderful Company. They carry some of the best lines of related equipment and the staff is great to deal with.
This is the go to place if you want high quality products backed by a friendly staff that readily shares their knowledge and experience. As a beginner kayaker, I was also referred to a whitewater kayaking school to enhance my safety and enjoyment of the sport. This is the type service you cannot receive at online stores or large sporting goods stores.
You have the Badger paddles, which nobody else seems to have. Beautiful paddles. Shipping is prompt and reasonable.
