Bought my first "high end" paddle from them, shipping was fast and free. I had some questions on my Quetico trip and the gentleman on the phone answered my questions, despite how novice they sounded.
I keep coming back because of the large selection of paddling gear/boats and the wonderful staff..Bonus: you can try out any boat out back on the water..👍
