Respect yourself, don't shop here – First of all, let me preface this by saying I have been a customer of Russell Korman Jewelry for about eight years. I value personal service and avoid ‘big box stores’ and chains, especially when it comes to jewelry. I have noticed an overall lack of personal service, and an abundance of gaudy jewelry and sports paraphernalia(!), at this store over the last couple of years, but I strive to give local businesses my money and am a loyal customer. Will never shop here again – Yesterday morning, I dropped by Russell Korman to have a bracelet repaired. There were about seven saleswomen inside and no customers. Afterward, I left my car parked out front, and since it was cool, I left my window open and my dog inside while I took my two children around to InStep to look at the shoes. Sheisters!!! – I had an unpleasant and stupifying experience at Russell Korman Jewelery & Wallet Unloaders this afternoon. I happened to be at Precision Camera & Video (next door), and needed to have a link in the bracelet of my Rolex Submariner added back, so I walked over to Russell Korman Jewelery & Wallet Unloaders.
