Always a good personal service
Mower in for service. Picked it up. Took it home. Put it safely in shed. Took it out last week to use for first time since service however parts were missing so the self-drive gear would not work. Called them. Left message. No one got back to me. Have now ordered CABLE HOLDER BLOCK D=22 and the LOW SELF-LOCKING NUT from another supplier and will fix it myself. They made it worse. I live 45 minutes away so not doing 90 minutes driving to fix their mistakes.

Outstanding lawn equipment business. I’ve been going to Russell’s for 5 years and whether you need new or second hand, I can’t fault them. The servicing is done well too.
