Christian and his staff of excellent trainers have made this the perfect place for both me and my teenage son. The workouts have pushed me to challenge myself and get beyond my excuses! I have seen a definite difference in how my clothes are fitting and my overall energy level throughout the day. Thanks Rusnock trainers!

Rusnock Sports Performance Fitness is the perfect fit for me! The atmosphere is amazing, the trainers are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the workouts are motivating and very effective! I've been to other "gyms" before that just didn't hold my interest, but this place I'm sticking with for a very long time! Thanks Christian Rusnock for bringing the athelete out in me again....it's been a little while!!! �

Such a great place! An amazing workout to improve flexibility, strength and overall fitness. I feel stronger in such a short amount of time. The class is fun, positive, motivating and non-intimidating. I look forward to it every day. I highly recommend each and every instructor at Rusnock's! (And I will catch 52 cards....someday! �)

Rusnock is a fantastic training facility. I have a background in physical therapy /sports medicine & when I needed a trainer for my daughter I visited a number of locations. Rusnock was, BY FAR, the BEST personal training center in the Greensburg area. Each person/child is assessed and programs are designed with strength and muscle balance which address individual needs.
