I Love Rusnock Sports Performance & Fitness. Chris is dedicated and does all he can to provide a personal fitness experience tailored to his clients. For the first time in years, I am motivated again to consistently work out and I am feeling stronger by the week. In addition, Chris is so patient with my eleven year old daughter, he has been a positive influence on her and she also is seeing the benefit of getting stronger. Rusnock Sports Rocks!
