Chris and his staff a Rusnock are top notch. They focus on not only the physical side of fitness, but also the nutrition side. Nothing but great things to say!

I love working together in the group setting of the fitness class. Chris and the coaches are highly supportive and encouraging. I am 56 and can attest to how the class has helped to regain lost muscle strength. I am looking forward to the next three weeks for continued improvement. I highly recommend this class!
I have been training for 3 weeks and already notice a difference!!! It's fun and I think Chris and his staff are excellent....and very fun to work with!

The instructors here are not just amazing fitness trainers but also great inspiration/life coaches. You get an amazing workout within a comfortable environment. Whether a beginner or expert concerning going to the gym, I'd highly recommend them!
