Recently, I signed up for the Spring Shred at Rusnock Sports Performance & Fitness. I am totally impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They not only challenge and motivate you, they make it fun. The exercises are unique and not typical of ordinary gyms. I highly recommend Rusnock Sports Performance & Fitness, it truly has something for everyone.

My husband and I have been coming to Rusnock's for almost 3 weeks now. We wanted to challenge ourselves beyond the regular gym, and the adult classes are doing just that. I am doing exercises I never thought I could do. Dom and the other trainers instruct so well, push us out our comfort zone and motivate us all at the same time. Feeling stronger everyday! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a workout challenge to sign up, athletic or not!

My husband and I have been coming since early January and are absolutely hooked we love it. Everybody is very encouraging and the staff is awesome. Class sizes are generally on the smaller side and the workouts always vary which really keeps it interesting. We have enjoyed it so much we have also singed our son up for the youth program. Would recommend Rusnock to anyone who was interested in changing things up! Great place, great people.

My husband and I have been attending classes since November 28th. Being retired, we usually hang around home in casual gym clothes. You know the drill when you're bumming around the house. The other day we donned dress clothes and holy smoke, they were loose on both of us. We're getting better one percent everyday!

Very impressed with my experience at Rusnock's. I was unsure that I would be able to handle the class, but with Dom's and the other trainers help I am improving class by class. Everyone is friendly and helpful that I have met in class, it is truly a GREAT experience!!
I am just starting my 3rd week at Rusnock's. I never thought fitness could be this fun! Every trainer brings something different to class, I've never repeated the same workout. There is no getting bored here! So happy I gave them a try. I am doing things I never dreamed I could do. Looking forward to what comes next!

Amazing! I have been pushed out of my comfort zone. I was never one who enjoyed group classes, but Rusnock Sports Performance & Fitness has changed that. I now look forward to going to class and the hour flies by. Everyday is something different so you never get bored. Chris is very motivating and supportive of your needs. He will challenge you and you will be surprised by what you can accomplish.
