We have just moved to the area and found the receptionist helpful and friendly. The dispensary made the transition easy and Joe went out of her way to help when I had a problem.
I feel Ruskington practice was much better when they were using Ask My GP service rather than the new Anima service 😐 If you have read this review please click 👍
Went to see the Dr about my hand which I told her looked infected (it was clearly a cellulitis infection) she dismissed it as being some sort of allergy. I told her I wasn't allergic to anything so was sceptical right off the back, plus this flared up in the space of about 4 hours! A few hours later I decided to get a 2nd opinion and see the out of hours Dr in Sleaford who immediately told me that it was clearly a cellulitis infection and couldn't understand why the previous Dr had thought it was an allergy. Extremely Poor Patient Experience – Ongoing Issues Ignored A serious complaint was lodged some time ago, yet there's been no meaningful update from the practice manager, Julie Walsh—just a generic acknowledgement. ZERO STARS NOT AN OPTION. This practice is ran entirely for the convenience of the staff behind the counter. They try and shove everything via askmygp to actually avoid seeing patients. Give you hours long slots to call you and then from withheld number with no notice. Go to pharmacy with my son and pharmacist say go to Dr’s immediately. The surgery (at 10am) say there isn’t anyone free today even after hearing about pharmacy advice. They lose referrals and get things wrong. Above review is after several different visits.
