Steve is an excellent therapist. Always creates a calm relaxed atmosphere where you can feel at ease to discuss things that are often hard to say aloud. He’s always been super accommodating and flexible to fit sessions in. His notes after each session are invaluable, very detailed and give a really nice record of how far you’ve come. Can’t recommend him enough really.
Steve offered therapy that helped me navigate an intensely difficult period of time, as well as build the structure to continue working on myself beyond that; I've continued to work Steve long after treating some of my more serious mental health issues.
