After a long day my boss bought us Chocolate shakes and what we got was Chocolate Milk. (Drivebyorder)Our boss calls manager and she "Rushes" her off the phone explaining there are different consistencies of thickness and not excepting fault. There was nothing thick about it, it was cold milk! She was rude a seemed to be unhappy with her position. With "CookOut" and "SmashBurger" being a stones throw you should fix this asap. If the shake machine is broken suggest something else don't serve them an inferior product.
