Been eating at Rushes for most of my life. On had a few mishaps, but tonight was the last visit I'll be making. I drive 10 min there, 10 min home, and find that 2 of my 5 burger baskets don't have burgers in them. I drive back, get burgers, drive home again, and as I sit to eat my now cold burger I find that the bacon cheeseburger I ordered with double the bacon only has 2 slices of bacon not the 3 it should for $1, nor the 3 extra I paid another dollar for. Worked for Rushs for a couple of years. Always loved their food and they know how to treat their employees !
Hot Fudge Cake was awesome (as always)...but, they did not put much chilli on the hot dog. I should have asked for more.
If it takes you that long to get my order wrong, you might want to consider a less ironic name.
Just got an apple turnover sundae and hot fudge cake and both were complete liquid. Don't serve ice cream if it's just cream. �
Was extremely disappointed for the second time in a roll!! Chicken tasted old and stale apparently my mistake for driving 20 miles out of my way to get rush's chicken at 3 pm. What's a person have to do to get fresh chicken from this place?? � �
Just got treated very rudely by their security. I was meeting a friend to grab a quick bite to eat and had only been parked for about 3-5 minutes waiting on them to arrive. Before she could get parked good, the security guard come rushing toward are cars and rudely yells you can congregate here. First off, we were not congregating. Secondly, would have it be appropriate to ask first if we were potential customers.
