The fries in all stores are so under cooked... If Mr. Rush knew this was happening he would turn over in his grave. I have told several Managers but nothing gets done. They use to have the best fries up till about two years ago then they started serving under cooked... They are so soggy you can't break them in half. I have been a customer for over 40 years

I have been to several Rush's and never had a bad experience ever, but my favorite is at Target on Hwy. 378. If the food wasn't enough to get you there (and it is) then the customer service has always been top notch. They just make everything a great experience.

We just had a horrible experience. Went to the Harbison store to get 3 hot fudge sundaes to go. When we got home...we had 3 bowls of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. The cake and the fudge were missing from all 3??? How do you screw up something so incredibly simple as a hot fudge sundae?

The fried chicken was terrible and cold and the place stinks in Columbia SC!
Had several meals at this location last week and the food and service was excellent. Our waitress, Talisha, made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service.
