LIARS WHO WILL NOT DELIVER AT CORRECT TIME SLOT Ordered flowers for funeral paid for morning delivery so would be there in time for funeral. The flowers didn't arrive until 3:15 which was after the funeral. The excuse was they couldn't get hold of delivery driver. No explanation why they weren't in the morning delivery like paid for.

was promised delivery before 6pm on valentine’s day and received nothing. what a shame do not order from them, hopefully they issue a refund

I ordered flowers from rushes at about 12pm and they reached my sister just before six. I was a bit worried as I saw the reviews after I ordered and was scared they wouldn't arrive but rushes did a wonderful job the flowers are gorgeous (for reference I got size medium). Definitely the best value for money flowers I found for delivery in west london. The only reason I put 4 and not 5 stars is because I thought there could be more communication about the delivery as I didn't receive a call/text/email that it left the shop or ... read more

Scammed by this company - no flowers delivered, despite paying extra for same day delivery. It has been more than two weeks since contacting for a proof of delivery, and with multiple attempts, I have not heard back at all
