Came recommended by a friend. Chaps worked on more than one of my properties, always good work.
Not to be trusted! Got this company to address a damp problem. When I asked about a guarantee the guy said its covered for 20 years. Against my better judgement I didn’t ask for it in writing as he seemed genuine enough. Rang him after 2 years to say the damp had returned. Over the course of about 3-4 months there have been numerous phone calls and texts from me asking him to come back and several texts from him saying he’s coming. Lies lies lies!
