Looking for someone who had the skill and expertise to restore a footstool that my dad made at college when he was 17 and which is now 76yrs old was very important to me. Couldn’t recommend Rachel highly enough. I loved that I was able to WhatsApp her for initial communication on pricing and to share photos of the current condition of my chairs. It meant the entire process was quick and easy. Rachel is wonderful, friendly and professional and was so kind to squeeze us in.
