I have been seeing Beth for a few months, following hip replacement surgery. Beth is awesome, such a lovely person, extremely knowledgable and takes the time to fully understand your requirements. With a full rehab programme, supporting with massage I have progressed much quicker and safer that I would if I did it on my own. I can't recommend Rural Rehabilitation enough.
I have been using Beth for almost two years now to treat a number of medical issues including arthritis in my knees and more recently sciatica. Beth has been truly professional in both her diagnosis and treatment and her recommendation of acupuncture for my knees has been a real game changer. I cannot recommend Beth and rural rehabilitation ltd highly enough. Give them a call, it will certainly be worth it.
I have visited Beth at Rural rehab for two different problems regarding my elbow. She was excellent at describing what was happening and treated me accordingly with relevant exercises which were clearly set out and with videos to show me how to do them correctly. The app is a great and useful addition to any course of treatment. She also worked on my arm and this in its self made it feel better almost instantly. I would definitely recommend Beth and Laura as your go too people for Physio treatment or sports massage.

Where do I start! I’ve had a niggle for years! Beth found the problem straight away, by continuing with hands on treatment and exercises to use at the gym and home I’m absolutely getting there. I can’t recommend enough
