Rural King champaign has dog kennel panels $10 cheaper than Rural King Rantoul. I asked for a price check verification at Rantoul which would save me a trip to Champaign and avoid that god awful traffic. Instead, the manager on duty, wouldn't make the phone call, and insisted that I was mistake, despite both item #s matching at both stores. Incredibly bad customer service. I guess I'll just take my $1000 I'm spending on a dog run and go to a competitor in Champaign.
Good prices and very helpful employees. They were able to get jeans available in my husband's size from another Rural King, which is really appreciated!
