very rude and disrespectful
The employees are rude and disrespectful, to the point of harassment and management ignores it. I will not spend another dime in this, or any other Rural King. Last year I spent over $4,000 in this store alone.
I heard about how the veteran was treated on vet day and I can’t even begin to describe how disgusted I am with your business

After hearing how a veteran was treated at your store, I will NEVER shop here again!!!! How disrespectful! The employee/employees involved should be fired IMMEDIATELY! Thank you too the woman who was actually helping the veteran, who was just a shopper!
Maybe the people that you hire should take a class in how to speak to people, ESPECIALLY the elderly but even more so Veterans. For a company that has most of its business from farmers in small town USA you would think they would have just a little more respect. RK just lost ALL of my business.
