My husband bought a gallon of Fiber aluminum coating for roof. He opened it up and the liquids and solids have separated. It can not be remixed. He took it back immediately and they would not take it back because it had been open. How was he to know it wasn’t any good without opening it! All they would say you can’t return something that has been open! They did not have an answer when he asked about how was he to know it was bad without opening !! Here is the review they declined to put on their site. They struggle to keep up with the volume of their online sales. Long wait times (I mean really long, in excess of 30 minutes) only to find out they have no information. I really want to like this company, but they are way too small to handle the business they seem to have generated. Shipping times aren't honored and their overworked customer service team doesn't have easy access to the information to provide information.
Rude to customers and veterans.
