I just read how poorly this facility treated a veteran and and locked people out in the cold with 15 minutes until closing time. This place is a joke and should not receive anybody’s business.
Their utter lack of respect for average customers let alone the elderly veteran is deplorable. The fact that no action has been taken against the employees behaving so horribly speaks volumes about the character of the people running the store. So disgusting and shameful.
Treatment of their customers are horrible! Recently in question is their treatment of a veteran on Vet's Day that they are now trying to make disappear and will not answer to.

The night manager and staff are awful. They treated a veteran who took bullets for this country so poorly and made fun of him. They did not help him and even closed the store almost 20 minutes early so he had to stand out in the cold. I will not be going back

After hearing about how your employees treated a veteran I will not be stepping foot inside your store! You all should be ashamed of yourself! You should terminate your staff and train a professional staff that know how to treat people.
Your store is despicable. How can you ever run a veterans special when you treat veterans so poorly that are paying customers in your store. To have multiple employees of your store openly mock a senior veteran, name call, make fun of, and not assist him over the weekend. It's absolutely shameful. Your company wouldn't exist and your employees wouldn't have jobs if it wasn't for every single veteran in this country that gave their lives and their health for the freedoms we have today
This is a disgrace!! You should be ashamed
