We are very pleased with our heat pump and all aspects of the installation and service provided by Rural and Country. We wanted the hot water cylinder fitted in our bathroom and this meant space for all the pipe work was very tight. We were very impressed with the skilled work done by the plumbers in getting this difficult job done as we wanted. They worked very effectively as a team. After researching and speaking to over 5 companies I decided on rural and country energy to install a mitsubishi 22.4kwh cascade system. Other well known installers wouldn't even look at my house because it didn't fit into a "normal" design. Not an issue with rural though. House is 306m². 9" solid brick wall. We used R&C ES to supply and install solar PV panels and air source heat pump as replacement of oil fired boiler. They responded quickly to a request for a quotation and gave a detailed report with useful advice. Prices were competitive.
