Save your money and go elsewhere. Wasted two years with these guys - very little progress. Endless circulation of letters and emails, nothing of substance. Eventually sacked them and transferred the case elsewhere.
I can only comment on the reception staff who seem fine, it is seemingly impossible to get to speak to anyone else. Phone messages are ignored, emails are unacknowledged.
