What an awesome service at Heathrow airport, bikes all cleaned, boxed up and transferred to the terminal within 2 hours. Brilliant
I visited the shop today to get my front tire and tube replaced. The staff member was incredibly helpful—he not only did the replacement efficiently but also took the time to show me how to do it myself and explained what to look out for in the future. His service was informative and friendly throughout. I then showed him photos of my rear tire (since I had only brought the front one in), and he immediately pointed out that it needed replacing too.
