Having done some searching online for a running shop I found Running Bear, I was not disappointed when I went, friendly, welcoming and certainly know what they're on about. The above and beyond service is amazing and I was blown away, They had me on the treadmill which I didn't expect ,this gave them the chance to record me running and to analyse my needs. Just great and I came away with trainers that best suited my needs. They are definitely worth going to and I will certainly be going back.
Attended the store today, looking to purchase my first running shoe. I did have the shoe in mind whixh i wanted to try on so I called the store who put it to the side for me to try on when I arrived. I had gait analysis done to ensure there wasn't a risk of injury in this particular shoe. The lady that served me today, super nice and helpful so thank you. Would shop here again!
Thanks very much once again to the brilliant Running Bear. My son and I visited yesterday to update his road/track running shoes. We were lucky to be helped by Charmaine once again - she was very attentive to George and the types of shoes he was interested in and for what reasons. She brought out some excellent choices, explaining the benefits and videoed him on the treadmill. He chose a pair and us delighted with them. Went here expecting good help and advice picking a replacement running shoe. However I experienced singularly poor customer service today. After explaining what I was after I was left to my own devices with a couple of pairs of shoes, same brand and different models. There was little (if any) explanation around the difference between the two and why I might choose one above the other. Also left to my own devices with the treadmill to try them out. When I did get some attention and asked about the two models of shoe I was met... read more
