To put it simply - I will never buy trainers from anywhere but here ever again. Outstanding service from the young man that helped me- literally must have been back and forth to the storeroom 10 times to try size up, size down, slightly wider, different brand and so on- always happy to do so and always back in a flash. I had a gait analysis appointment with Holly today 27th January and what a pleasure it was. The appointment was really informative and gave me some great insights into my running. Holly was so friendly and warm and made the whole appointment a pleasure and had brilliant knowledge of the brands and styles that would suit me, and I came away with not only a pair of running trainers that I love but that will give me great support to help improve my running too.
I visited yesterday morning to exchange a pair of trainers I had received online. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help, will be using this place as my go to shop for running and outdoor stuff from now on.
