After suffering a year with the original polycarbonate conservatory roof, we decided it need to go. After several exorbitant quotes, we found Rundle & Dorey who sent their surveyor/sales person from our nearest 'office' in Bristol. Great price and happy with workmanship at the time. Booked an appt for someone to come and discuss a potential replacement roof for our conservatory. Shane arrived promptly, had a good look around and identified that the work involved in achieving what we wanted would be very complicated and the Rundle & Dorey probably weren’t best placed to help. I called Rundle and Dorey after getting a quote for a plastic ceiling. I was not convinced that a plastic ceiling was what I wanted to looked at as I wanted a proper ceiling. I called Rundle and Dorey after seeing their advert and Mike arranged for Peter to provide my wife and I with a quotation. There was no double glazing sales tactics involved. Two weeks later I called the office and Vicky organised Steven and Mark to come to come fit our ceiling. Their work is superb. I highly recommend this company.
We had our conservatory done a few years ago, and was given a sales pitch about the benefits, and how it would stop it being too cold in winter and too hot in summer. Well having lived with this now, and had temperature monitoring in the conservatory before and after the installation I can honestly say, it's not made that much difference, still so hot in the summer and cold in the winter, an absolute waste of money.
