It was our first time to book a house for a 3-day stay. We were able to cook and eat breakfast as well as wash our clothes during our stay. It was almost perfect except for the $150 cleaning fee but we have to dump our trash in the dumpster upon check out.
I have called and emailed your location in Orlando for months now, is there a number that works? I need to cancel my reservation
Our first initial visit to the first townhouse in Calypso Cay was less than desirable. The rooms were not clean, especially the bathrooms. After calling the 24 hr number, we received a voucher to another location in Compass Bay and it was very nice. Went from 3 bedroom/2 bath to a 4 bedroom/3-1/2 bath, which is why I gave them 4 stars. Otherwise, it would have been 2 stars.
I have been calling for almost a week now, several times a day. No one answers, ever. I also tried to "contact us" and left my email address and phone number (4 days before writing this) and no one has contacted me. I am wondering what is going on. Is this resort closed? We stayed in 2011 and were thinking about staying again but I am having serious doubts unless I hear from someone, anyone, soon.
We're staying here now for 3 nights. It's fabulous! Lovely complex with cute colorful townhouses and well maintained gardens. Two nice swimming pools and a pond. Very pretty. We're staying in 12-104 and it's great. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also conveniently situated within walking distance of Walmart supermarket (a nice, well stocked one). So we're impressed. Check in after hours was not good (lack of communication as to how to gain access to our unit) but other than that, the complex and unit are great.
Seating In the condo that I rented and they start to carpet clean the up stairs condo and there's nothing that they could do not very happy
