Had to call and run like crazy to make it to our room and was not fun. At all. There was there huge error in the check in to the room.
The unit that we just rented a wk ago the heater and air was broken we didn't have any towels, the place itself was filthy and antiquated, the bathroom shower liner was full of MOLD!!!! The filter in the air cond. Unit hadn't been changed in years. I had to call a ambulance for breathing treatments! (I have Asthma) the cable went off, the bed linen had pubic hair on it and the extra linen was already dirty! They don't communicate effectively or professionally!!!
