Very nasty bed bug infested place. Walked in the door and already smelled like someone was smoking in the room, roaches in the corners of the kitchen. Didn’t even try to clean the place. Dirty sheets and the carpet smelled so bad like it’s been there since day one. Please don’t waste your money here. You find bed bugs take pictures call management immediately, they’ll tell you they can’t refund your money for 3-5 business so your stuck with this place if you didn’t bring a whole $600 extra to find somewhere else to say. El servicio al cliente hable para reportar el servicio de cable que no servia y su excusa fue que ellos no son los encargados del cable reporte el microhondas que no servia y nunca fueron buenos para venir a cambiarlo. Las tines de baño estan super sucias y todavia tienen el descaro de cobrar 90.00 dolares por limpieza . Lastima de servicio por que el lugar esta muy bonito
Very spacious, plenty of TVs, washer and dryer. Just like having your own home to come to after a long day at the parks. Just around the corner from Disney. I will never stay at a hotel again unless the company is paying or I’m by myself.

Th condo we are staying in is nice and updated. What i can not get past is the noise coming from the upstairs condo!!!!! Seriously no manners what so ever! It doesn’t matter the time of day or night! It is constant!!!!!!! Everything else is perfect.
