It was absolutely beautiful and well kept and maintained!!! Couldn't have had a better condo!!!
Your a bunch of fucking crook cucks. Not only did you not acknowledge our reservation, but you tacked on a $114 "cleaning fee" for a room we had yet to even stay in. There's not even a person to check in with, just a fucking maintenance man wandering around with his thumb up his ass. People are literally rolling up here not knowing wtf to do in order to get their rooms and you've got no form of guidance for your guests. I'd say bad customer service, but there's none at all!
