Long story short. Room was disgusting, things were broken and none of the staff offered a solution. Every single person was rude. I was called a liar. Very nice , spacious and beautiful! This is our second time staying here.
We live here at this property. We live it. Now I have seen some reviews that are not good. Just let me say all units are owned by individuals. They rent them out. If your place wasn't nice its that owners fault. Not runaway beach clubs. Some owner haven't updated them and may have a management company that's not so good. There are many beautiful units here. Hope you get them.
This was the perfect location, amenities and home feeling we needed! After driving 24 hrs to get to Orlando, I needed a space that had space! Our room was spacious, comfortable the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could have ever needed! And the pool. .... we were the only ones using it. And it was so much fun!
