Absolutely fantastic experience, Owen was friendly, professional and talked me through the do's and don'ts of running shoe buying without any sales pressure or judgement. Going into a running shoe store can be quite daunting and overwhelming but I was soon put at ease with the relaxed and chatty atmosphere.
