My lovely running group gave me a birthday gift voucher for this shop and recommended it highly and I‘m so pleased they did. I have just had a really good time getting assessed and fitted for running shoes by a brilliant expert in all things running shoe - Michelle. She was so talented that even though the first pair she selected for me was a marriage made in heaven, she encouraged me to try on others just to make sure and to see if the fit could be finessed further. Really good service everything was excellent and highly recommended.
I've been using this store for a while. Staff members can be either nice or indifferent, depending on who you get. Also they have a very poor variety of the same trainers. Meaning if you find the running shoes that you like, they normally only have one colour.
Really helpful staff, especially for someone who knows very little about running shoes!
Was actually looking forward to coming here to get gait analysis as was recommended by a friend. The service started off well enough and the lady was friendly, however towards the end she seemed to develop an attitude with me when I asked questions and wondered about the different colourways to try. By the end she was down right rude and made me feel as though I had to buy the shoes there as the gait analysis was free… and barely said goodbye.
