I signed up for recycling pick up at my house a month ago. Every week I have had to call in to get them to come by and pick up the recycling. As I type this, my recycling can has been sitting at the curb since last Friday, today is Wednesday. Still not picked up. I call in to complain/find out what is going on and the customer service agents get attitude. I don't cuss at them, but I am stern. I have had it. Those customer service agents must hate their jobs. Awful customer service and disrespectful nasty acting employees. Do not hold up to their promises. Employees pick up your trash if and when they feel like it.
This has been the worst company to deal with. I signed up for a container that is supposed to be serviced every Thursday morning. The problem is they show up one week, then don’t show up the next. It’s completely inconsistent. When I call, I get the runaround and I’m told they’ll send someone out—but no one ever shows up. If I’m paying for weekly service, I expect weekly service. I would give them no stars if I could. This place is a joke. 3 months straight I had to call every week that we put the recycling out because they missed us at pickup. I called a total of 8 to 9 times since the end of September. I guarantee it would've been more but we skipped taking it down our driveway a few times. I repeatedly ask for an explanation on why they miss us every week. Always gave me the run around that they would find out. Still to this day I don't know why.
