One of their Trucks went off the road and trashed my neighbors yard and mine 3 foot ruts in our yards . The driver tried to leave by driving back and fourth but had to be towed out . I called this company many times and after 3 months they have done nothing to fix our property damage , not a reputable company stay away !!!!!
So I can't call in and set up can rental if my name isn't on the account? I can't rent a can for my address, given all the credentials, because I'm not on the account? Are we paranoid about fraud or something over a $3.50 a month rental? Ridiculous.
Good service. Occasionally the cans and lids are strewn about, but overall very happy with Rumpke!
