Man I don't even know where to begin with this company. They refused to pick up pretty much any and everything you throw away. It's just a hugh waste of money bc they refuse to do their job even though it's probably the easiest one you can have. I miss waste management, at least they would do their job and pick up trash and not leave a note every week stating how they couldn't manage to even make an effort. If you have the choice please go with waste management bc they actually do the job very well.
Poor customer service and support! The public service to the customer is over in today’s world.
They have to be reminded at least twice a month to pick up the dumpster trash. I keep getting hung up on and I e never been rude. Worst part is I prepaid for the gear so I have no leverage.
All I can say is the worse service ever in my life I’m lucky if I get more than one pick up a month here it is the end of September last time they picked my trash up was the first of the month trash has been sitting at the end of the driveway for 3 weeks straight and they don’t even care
