BEST ENCHILADAS GREAT SERVICE – I voted for Ruiz as the #1 Mexican Restaurant. We have been going to Ruiz since 1970. The Enchilatas are the best I have ever had. I played on Jose Sr's softball team for 5 years in the '70s when Ruiz had one little spot in the strip mall on Hwy 67 in Florissant where Ruiz is still located. Now Ruiz occupies the entire strip mall. The entire team would gather there after the Sunday games for dinner and drinks to celebrate our victories (and losses if we lost). It was a GREAT time. Great place to eat! – Ruiz is the best Mexican Restaurant I have been to. Food is always great. The servers are wonderful and always a blast to kid around with! I would give Ruiz 5 stars for great food!! The one in Florissant is the best for charm and service. The Wright City location has the same great food, but since it is newer, I don't know the servers as well, so don't feel quite as "at home".
Always consistent, always good! – Have you ever gone back to a restaurant (one you really enjoyed a few years ago) only to find that it just wasn't as good as you remembered? Something (or many somethings) has changed (always for the worse!) and it just wasn't what you hoped it would be. Best Mexican food in Missouri – My hubby and I eat at Ruiz at least twice a month sometimes we eat there once a week. Whenever we have out of town guests we bring them to Ruiz for the best Mexican food in MO and the best staff a resteraunt can hire. thank you for being a great place to eat and meet new people
Best Mexican food in St. Louis – The food is excellent. I have been dining there regularly for over 25 years. I especially like the great quality beef that they use in all of there entrees. The service is always outstanding. I recommend it highly.
