Best Mexican Anywhere – What else is there to say, we eat at RUIZ once to twice a week. The food is great, the chicken wings are the BEST around Florissant. Can't beat the service, Denise is the best waitress around and she always makes our visit great. The atmoshphere is great and very relaxing. I don't think there has been a time that I have been in Ruiz and haven't run into a friend that is also eating at Ruiz. Angie Costello

The best Mexican food in town. Authentic, and delicious. – Ruiz is by far the best mexican resteraunt I have found. The menu is packed with so many choices and varieties , that after visiting Ruiz for many years, I still havent tried all of them yet. RUIZ is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Well here we we are trying to convince this town where to get the BEST Mixican food EVER! If you have not been there yet, you owe it to youself to give them a try. Food Fantastic, Service Outstanding! – Our family loves Ruiz! It is a wonderful place to bring the kids for a night of fun Mexican food that is served by one of the many great staff members who love to have fun and provide great service too. Best Mexican food by far – We moved to Florissant in 1976. It took us about a month to find Ruiz's. Since that day we have enjoyed the food and the service has been supereb. We have witnessed the changing of the guard several times and each time it has gotten a little better, I hate to point out 1 or 2 favorite servers because over the last thirty plus years there have been a lot of them.
